Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) has acquired CapinCrouse LLP, a nonprofit-focused CPA and consulting firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana, in a transaction effective January 17, 2025. The deal adds 40 partners, 185 professionals and 15 offices to CRI, strengthening its nonprofit and faith-based organization audit and advisory capabilities and expanding its national footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.
