The capital infusion will support 5280's expansion of commercial and residential waste services, strengthen its Denver market presence, and fund strategic growth initiatives.

Arrow Waste Acquires Clean Earth Sanitation

Arrow Waste, backed by Carr's Hill Partners, acquired Clean Earth Sanitation, a residential and commercial waste and recycling collection business based in Jackson, Georgia. The add-on deal — announced by advisor Lakeside Acquisitions and closed on September 11, 2024 — expands Arrow Waste's service footprint into additional central Georgia counties; terms were not disclosed.

Arrow Waste Acquires B Green Services

Arrow Waste, an Atlanta-based waste hauler backed by Carr's Hill Capital Partners, has acquired B Green Services, a Mableton, Georgia waste collection and valet trash provider founded by Emil Bekyarov. B Green will continue to operate its Junk and Valet Trash services under the B Green brand (remaining owned/operated by Bekyarov), while the acquired waste-hauling operations have been rebranded under Arrow Waste to expand contracted revenue, route density and operational efficiency.

Waste Connections Acquires Arrowhead Environmental Partners
