Carton Pack, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), has acquired Ondapack, an Italian producer of paper, carton board and corrugated packaging, from the founding Morgese family. The add-on expands Carton Pack’s sustainable fibre-based and food-packaging capabilities and broadens its end-market exposure in fruit & vegetable and other food/industrial segments.
