Castillo Hermanos has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Harvest Hill Beverage Company, the U.S. beverage portfolio behind brands including SunnyD, Juicy Juice, and Little HUG. Brynwood Partners will sell Harvest Hill, with Centerview Capital making a strategic investment alongside Castillo Hermanos.
