The deal is expected to close in the coming weeks and is intended to double Pronetx’s operational capacity while expanding its CX product and service portfolio, including specialized generative AI and cloud-based contact center solutions.

Caylent Acquires Trek10 to Create a Comprehensive AWS Services Partner

Daxtra Acquires PivotCX
