CCC Intelligent Solutions, a cloud platform provider for the P&C insurance economy, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire EvolutionIQ for $730 million. The deal will expand CCC’s AI-powered SaaS platform with additional capabilities for disability and workers’ compensation injury claims guidance and medical summarization, and is expected to close in Q1 2025.
