CEIS (White Wolf Capital-backed) Acquires IEM Energy Consultants

Critical Energy Infrastructure Services (CEIS), a platform formed by White Wolf Capital, has acquired IEM Energy Consultants, a U.S. provider of owners' engineering, operations & maintenance consulting, outage planning, and asset management services for power generation clients. The acquisition expands CEIS's O&M and engineering capabilities as the third add-on to the CEIS platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
