Satellogic Inc. completed a business combination with CF Acquisition Corp. V (CFV), and its Class A ordinary shares and warrants began trading on Nasdaq on January 26, 2022 under the tickers SATL and SATLW. The transaction provides Satellogic approximately $262 million in gross proceeds—including a $100 million PIPE led by SoftBank's SBLA Advisers and Cantor Fitzgerald and a $150 million private placement commitment from Liberty Strategic Capital—to scale its satellite constellation and expand its high-resolution Earth-observation and analytics capabilities.

OpenGate Capital Acquires ScioTeq and TREALITY from TransDigm Group

The businesses develop ruggedized displays and simulation systems serving avionics, aerospace, air traffic control and defense end markets; combined headcount is approximately 450 employees and operations are primarily in Belgium and the United States.

SilverSky Acquires Cygilant
