Cemtrex Acquires Heisey Mechanical Ltd.

Cemtrex Inc. (NASDAQ: CETX) closed the acquisition of Heisey Mechanical Ltd., a Columbia, Pennsylvania-based steel fabricator and service contractor focused on industrial and water treatment markets. The deal, funded with a Fulton Bank term loan, adds approximately $11.6 million of annual revenue and expands Cemtrex’s AIS industrial services capabilities and customer base; the acquisition was accretive in Q4 FY2023.
