Cemtrex’s Advanced Industrial Services (AIS) subsidiary has completed the acquisition of Plant Engineering Services (PES), a Fort Wayne, Indiana engineering firm specializing in the design, modernization, and relocation of large hydraulic and mechanical press systems. The deal adds an engineering capability to AIS and expands its reach into automotive and defense end markets, enabling turnkey projects from design through installation and commissioning.
