GenServe, a PE-backed provider of backup power solutions, has acquired Power and Energy Services, Inc. (PES), an Austell, Georgia-based generator maintenance, repair, rental and equipment solutions provider. The acquisition expands GenServe's presence in the Southeastern United States, strengthens technical capabilities, and establishes a regional operations hub to support future growth.
