Cendyn Acquires PUSHTech

Cendyn has acquired PUSHTech (Push Technologies S.L.), a Barcelona-based cloud Customer Data Platform and hotel CRM provider, to strengthen its next-generation CRM and marketing automation capabilities for hoteliers. The deal brings PUSHTech's omnichannel guest-journey automation and marketing automation technology into Cendyn's hospitality technology portfolio.
