CenterGate Capital's affiliate has made a growth investment in Poseidon Barge, a Berne, Indiana-based manufacturer and rental provider of sectional barges for marine infrastructure. Founder Donnie Fain and President Mary Habegger-Fox will remain with continued ownership and management as Poseidon pursues growth and capability expansion across its North American operations.
