Centrilogic, a Long Point Capital–backed provider of IT transformation and managed cloud solutions, has acquired WatServ to strengthen its full‑stack cloud, cybersecurity, and application management capabilities. The deal expands Centrilogic’s geographic footprint across Canada and the U.S., adds over 100 mid‑market and enterprise clients, and accelerates capability expansion across advisory, cloud professional and managed services, and DevOps.
