Centroid Systems, a North American cloud service and technology provider backed by VSS Capital Partners, has acquired EPM Intelligence, a Houston-based systems integrator specializing in Oracle Cloud EPM. The add-on strengthens Centroid's Oracle Cloud and SaaS application capabilities, broadens its customer base, and expands managed cloud and enterprise performance management offerings.
