Centurion Group has acquired RMEC Limited, a Forfar-based provider of rentals, sales and services to the well services and energy sectors. The deal (sold by Maven Capital Partners UK LLP) expands Centurion's equipment rental and well services capabilities and gives the group greater access to the decommissioning market and complementary energy end-markets.

Ltd., through syndication of its funds (Westcap MBO II Investment LP and Golden Opportunities Fund Inc.), partnered with management (AcquireCo/2223890 Alberta Ltd., controlled by Matthew Campbell and Garrett Ganden) to complete a go-private acquisition of Rocky Mountain Equipment. AcquireCo purchased all outstanding common shares for CAD $7.41 per share (approximately CAD $127.9 million aggregate), taking RME private; RME is Canada’s largest independent agriculture equipment dealer with ~36 branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Cortec Group Acquires Rotating Machinery Services

Cortec Group, through Cortec Fund VI in partnership with RMS management, acquired Rotating Machinery Services (RMS), a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based provider of aftermarket repair, maintenance and overhaul services for large rotating machinery. The seller was Incline Equity Partners, which had been the prior institutional investor since 2015; RMS has ~200 employees, multiple service locations (including Houston), and serves a global customer base across industrial end markets.
