CesiumAstro Inc., a space communications and ISR systems company, announced the acquisition of Jariet Technologies, a fabless mmWave RF System-on-Chip semiconductor company focused on SATCOM, electronic warfare, and radar. The deal is intended to bring semiconductor design in-house to increase control over the RF signal chain and accelerate development of next-generation phased array satellite solutions.
