Macquarie Asset Management-led consortium to acquire further 20% stake in National Gas

The deal strengthens Fluxys' ties with Germany's leading gas transmission operator as both companies prepare their networks for hydrogen and CO2 transport to support the energy transition; the transaction was expected to reach financial close in March 2023 subject to regulatory approvals.
