Guaranty Chevrolet, a family-owned Chevrolet dealership in Junction City, Oregon, has been acquired by CFO Auto Group, Inc. FOCUS Investment Banking represented Guaranty Chevrolet in the sale as owner Shannon Nill retires after 42 years with the business.
