CGI Acquires Novatec to Strengthen European Digital Services Footprint

CGI completed its previously announced acquisition of Novatec via its wholly owned limited partnership, CGI Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG. Novatec is a Germany- and Spain-based IT and digital services firm offering agile software engineering, cloud-based solutions, software development, and application performance management—now expected to complement CGI’s IP portfolio and global delivery capabilities.
