Champlain Financial Corporation Leads Acquisition of Enjay Converters Ltd.

A group of Quebec investors led by Champlain Financial Corporation has acquired Enjay Converters Ltd., a Cobourg, Ontario manufacturer of food-contact grade packaging. Founder Jay Cassidy and Enjay's management shareholders will remain as shareholders and managers to support the company's next phase of growth; financial terms were not disclosed.
