Charger Investment Partners has partnered with Versa-Drill's management to acquire the Indianapolis-based manufacturer of mid-sized drilling rigs. Charger will provide growth capital to accelerate new product development and expand aftermarket parts and service offerings while founder and management retain significant ownership.
