Charlesbank Capital Partners has made a growth investment in CENTEGIX, an Atlanta-based provider of workplace safety and emergency response technology. The capital will be used to accelerate CENTEGIX's platform development, go-to-market capabilities and geographic expansion across K–12, healthcare, government and commercial end-markets; affiliates of Gauge Capital and the founding management team rolled a portion of their equity.
