Charter Growth Capital Fund (managed by principals of Charter Capital Partners) has acquired a minority stake in Lambert Global, the holding company for PR, investor relations and integrated marketing firm Lambert. The capital will be used to fund growth initiatives, recruit leaders across key talent hubs, and accelerate Lambert's M&A activity while founder Jeff Lambert and the leadership team retain majority ownership.
