(NASDAQ: MBAI) announced its proposed merger with MBody AI Corp., updating the expected closing timeline to within the next eight weeks and targeted for the third quarter of 2026 (subject to customary conditions and Nasdaq approval). In preparation for closing and Nasdaq’s initial listing application, Check-Cap also implemented a 1-for-7 reverse share split effective August 13, 2026.
