Chemical Computing Group Acquires Discngine

Chemical Computing Group ULC (an Altaris operating company) has acquired Paris-based Discngine SAS, a provider of cheminformatics, structural bioinformatics and lab informatics software and services for life sciences research. The deal will add Discngine as a subsidiary of CCG, bolstering CCG's technical science capabilities and creating synergies across their life-sciences software offerings.
