Enviracore Services, a Dallas-based environmental services provider, announced its acquisition of Environmental Management, LLC (EMI), a turnkey environmental services and hazardous waste management company founded in 1983. The deal is expected to strengthen Enviracore’s national footprint and deepen its Oklahoma presence while broadening services to include safety consulting, enhanced regulated waste services, and nationwide emergency response.

LSI Industries Acquires EMI Industries for $50 Million

LSI Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: LYTS) acquired Florida-based EMI Industries, a metal and millwork manufacturer of store fixtures, displays, and food service equipment, for $50 million in cash. The acquisition broadens LSI's retail fixture and food equipment capabilities, adds more than 300 employees and five U.S. production facilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS while creating cross-selling and operational synergy opportunities across grocery, convenience store and restaurant end markets.

Mobix Labs Acquires EMI Solutions

Mobix Labs Inc., a fabless semiconductor company based in Irvine, California, signed a definitive agreement to acquire EMI Solutions, an Irvine-based manufacturer of electromagnetic interference (EMI) filtering products for military, aerospace and space applications. The transaction, expected to close in Q4 2022, expands Mobix Labs' product portfolio and customer base in defense and aerospace markets and is expected to be accretive to free cash flow.

EMSI, headquartered in Baytown, Texas, provides emissions leak detection, repair and regulatory compliance services and employs more than 300 technicians; the deal provided liquidity to an absentee majority owner and expands Alliance's environmental services footprint and capabilities.
