Chesapeake Technology International, Inc. (CTI), a portfolio company of Bluestone Investment Partners, has acquired Rapid Imaging Technologies LLC to strengthen CTI’s situational awareness and video analytics capabilities for defense and intelligence customers. The acquisition brings Rapid Imaging’s patented real-time geospatial imaging technology into CTI’s offerings and supports CTI’s organic and M&A growth strategy under Bluestone’s ownership.
