Choice Financial Group Acquires Georgia Pines Agency, LLC

Choice Financial Group has partnered with Georgia Pines Agency, LLC to expand its insurance platform into Florida, Georgia and California. The transaction (which closed August 1, 2022) adds GPA’s 12 branch locations and ~65 team members to Choice’s PE-backed platform (Choice is backed by Northlane Capital Partners) and represents Choice’s tenth acquisition since teaming with Northlane in October 2021.
