Church & Dwight Co., Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Hero Mighty Patch brand and other acne treatment products for $630 million, paid in cash and Church & Dwight restricted stock. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
