CIP Capital has completed a strategic, platform investment in Sales Benchmark Index (SBI), a Dallas-based sales and marketing management consulting firm. SBI's management team will continue to lead the business and retain a significant ownership stake; Stellus Capital provided unitranche financing to support the transaction and JEGI | CLARITY advised CIP Capital.
