CITIC Capital Acquires ScentAir from Parthenon Capital

Parthenon Capital has sold its position in ScentAir Holdings, Inc., with the private equity arm of CITIC Capital leading the new investment. ScentAir, a Charlotte-based provider of scent marketing solutions servicing over 45,000 placements in 119 countries, will continue to be led by CEO Dan Connors and the existing management team.
