Civista Bancshares Acquires Vision Financial Group

Civista Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: CIVB) signed a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Pittsburgh-based Vision Financial Group, Inc., a privately held equipment leasing and finance company founded in 1991. Vision Financial Group will become a subsidiary of Civista Bank and continue operating under its name, with management and employees remaining in place; the deal consideration includes cash, Civista common stock and potential earn-out stock payments.

Civica Group Acquires Momentum Healthware

The deal strengthens Civica's presence in North America and expands its health-and-care software capabilities—including EHR, assessment management and real-time location tracking—across senior care, long-term care and home care markets.

iVision (CIVC Partners Portfolio Company) Acquires Carve Systems

The add-on expands iVision’s cybersecurity capabilities to better serve enterprise and mid-market clients and will retain Carve as a subsidiary brand within iVision.

Volaris Group Acquires EnvisionWare
