Clear Group has acquired Dublin-based broker Phelan Caswell Insurances Ltd, including the business’s financial planning assets. The deal expands Clear’s presence in Ireland and brings Phelan Caswell’s management team and approximately 18 staff into the Clear organisation to support further growth across commercial insurance and financial planning sectors.
