Clearstream, the post-trade division of Deutsche Börse Group, will acquire a minority stake in Digital Vault Services (DVS), a Munich-based fintech specialising in digital bank guarantees and sureties. The strategic investment — subject to regulatory approvals and legal finalisation in H2 2024 — aims to integrate DVS's Guarantee Vault with Clearstream's D7 platform to expand Clearstream's digital post-trade product portfolio and streamline trade finance processes.
