Cloudflare to Acquire Replicate to Build a Seamless AI Cloud for Developers

Cloudflare agreed to acquire Replicate, an AI platform that helps developers deploy and run AI models. The deal is expected to close in the next two months and will expand Cloudflare Workers AI with model access, custom models/pipelines, and Replicate’s AI inference and container capabilities.
