Webflow announced it has acquired Vidoso.ai, a Bay Area-based multi-modal AI asset generation startup. Webflow said the deal will strengthen its agentic web marketing platform by integrating Vidoso’s AI agents and technology to generate brand-aligned visual and video assets within governed marketing workflows.

Cineverse Corp. Acquires IndiCue, Inc.

Cineverse Corp. signed an agreement to acquire IndiCue, Inc., a proprietary connected TV (CTV) monetization platform, for $22 million in cash and Cineverse common stock (subject to adjustments). The acquisition is expected to be consummated on or about February 13, 2026, and IndiCue will be integrated into Cineverse’s Matchpoint platform to unify content distribution and ad monetization.

Life360 to Acquire Nativo
