Cognizant entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Astreya, a global AI-first IT managed services and solutions provider headquartered in San Jose, California, for an undisclosed sum. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions, and will deepen Cognizant’s AI infrastructure and production-grade AI operations capabilities through Astreya’s AI OpsHub platform.
