Financial terms were not disclosed; Kredinor's Danish business is headquartered in Ballerup, serves over 3,000 corporate clients (notably utilities and SMEs) and employs approximately 44 FTEs. The acquisition strengthens Collectia's market position in Denmark and supports its buy-and-build expansion in the Nordics.
