Colson Group Acquires Custom Engineered Wheels (CEW)

Colson Group announced it is acquiring Custom Engineered Wheels (CEW), a manufacturer of engineered wheels and injection-molded components. The acquisition expands Colson’s North American manufacturing capacity with CEW’s operations in Baldwyn, Mississippi and Reynosa, Mexico, adding capabilities including foamed polyurethane and assembly to better serve OEM customers.
