The acquisition expands Colson’s North American manufacturing capacity with CEW’s operations in Baldwyn, Mississippi and Reynosa, Mexico, adding capabilities including foamed polyurethane and assembly to better serve OEM customers.

ISCO Industries Acquires Infinity Plastics

The asset purchase expands ISCO's U.S. footprint and manufacturing capacity, adding a strategic production location to support increased customer demand across multiple piping end markets.

Colson Group Acquires ARBCO Industries

Colson Group Holdings has acquired ARBCO Industries, LLC, a 56-year-old Export, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer and leading North American producer of phenolic wheels. The acquisition expands Colson Group's product portfolio and U.S. manufacturing footprint; ARBCO's former owner Paul Hauck will join Colson as Director of Operations for ARBCO.

ISCO Industries Acquires Plasson USA Manufacturing Operations from Plasson Ltd.

ISCO Industries, a Louisville-based total piping solutions provider, acquired the majority of the U.S. manufacturing operations of Industrial Pipe Fittings LLC d/b/a Plasson USA from parent company Plasson Ltd. The transaction, a divestiture led by GulfStar Group as advisor to Plasson, closed on December 31, 2021 and expands ISCO's HDPE fittings and fabrication capabilities across North America.

Blue Wolf Capital Acquires Colson Group

Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Colson Group, a global manufacturer and distributor of casters and wheel product solutions. Blue Wolf said it will invest to enhance Colson's domestic manufacturing capabilities and pursue operational, commercial, and supply-chain improvements to drive long-term growth; terms were not disclosed.
