The deal—backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and financed by Golub Capital Credit Opportunities with participation from Brightwood Capital and Everberg Capital—expands Comar's rigid packaging portfolio, adds child-resistant and continuous-thread closure capacity, and brings precision mold-making capabilities to its platform.
