Command Investigations Acquires Abacus Research Inc.

Command Investigations LLC, a portfolio company of Monument MicroCap Partners, completed the acquisition of Abacus Research Inc., a full-service investigative agency based in Plainfield, Illinois. The deal is Command's sixth add-on since its 2019 recapitalization by Monument and is intended to expand geographic coverage, deepen capabilities, and accelerate cross-selling across insurance and corporate clients.
