Monument MicroCap Partners’ portfolio company Command Investigations LLC completed a recapitalization of Specialized Investigations (SI), a Simi Valley-based full-service investigative agency. The deal expands Command’s west coast footprint and SIU/compliance and surveillance capabilities — combining SI’s six offices and 70+ operatives with Command’s national network and bringing combined surveillance coverage to over 33 states.
