Community Hospice of South Alabama is blending with ACG Hospice, part of Agape Care Group, to expand hospice care resources and clinical coverage across Alabama. The three Community Hospice branches in Foley, Bay Minette, and Mobile will be integrated into ACG Hospice’s expanded network of 11 branch locations; Community Hospice will change its name to ACG Hospice in January 2026.
