Component Sourcing International (CSI), an Argosy Private Equity portfolio company, acquired AllTech Pro (ATP), a Tucker/Atlanta-based sourcing organization focused on steel castings and ground-engaging tools. The add-on expands CSI's steel casting capabilities, adds ATP's branded product line, and establishes an operation near Atlanta to support CSI's customers and national distribution growth.
