Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI), a ServiceNow Elite partner backed by One Equity Partners, has acquired P5 Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing ServiceNow Elite partner based in Reston, Virginia. The add-on expands CDI's ServiceNow service delivery capabilities, offshore delivery model and geographic sales reach; financial terms were not disclosed.
