Comvest Partners has acquired Your Behavioral Health, a Torrance, California-based behavioral health services platform with 17 facilities across Southern California. Comvest will partner with founders Mike Joly and Dr. Martha Koo to scale the platform, invest in technologies, expand outpatient and telehealth services, and add treatment locations in existing and new markets.
