Concentra Acquires Nova Medical Centers; Agrees to Buy Pivot Onsite Innovations

Concentra Group Holdings Parent, Inc. (Concentra) completed the acquisition of Nova Medical Centers for $265 million and signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pivot Onsite Innovations (Onsite Innovations) for $55 million. The Nova deal closed March 1, 2025 and expands Concentra’s network of occupational health centers, while the Pivot Onsite Innovations acquisition (expected Q2 2025) will materially grow Concentra’s onsite health clinic footprint across employer sites.

Athletico Physical Therapy Acquires Pivot Health Solutions

Athletico Physical Therapy has completed its acquisition of Pivot Health Solutions, expanding Athletico’s outpatient rehabilitation footprint across the Eastern U.S. and adding Pivot’s direct-to-employer Onsite Innovations business. Chris Throckmorton was named President and CEO of the combined company while Pivot founder Mark Kaufman will remain Executive Chairman.

Concentra Acquires Three Pivot Occupational Health Centers in Delaware and Maryland

The centers will be rebranded as Concentra locations and will continue to provide employer-focused work injury care with the addition of in‑house physical therapy services, expanding Concentra’s footprint in the region.

Innovative Consulting Group Acquires Pivot Point Consulting

Supreme Group Acquires Pivot Design

The acquisition expands Supreme Group's capabilities in rare disease and pharma and is the platform's ninth deal in 18 months; Pivot Design will retain its brand identity and leadership while gaining access to Supreme Group's AI, technology, and inter-agency resources.

Netsmart Acquires HealthPivots
