CBIZ, Inc. acquired information security consulting firm Pivot Point Security (PPS) of Hamilton, New Jersey, effective June 1, 2023. Pivot Point, founded in 2001, has about 30 employees and reported $6.6 million in revenue in 2022; the acquisition expands CBIZ's cybersecurity and security advisory capabilities for small and middle-market clients.

Supreme Group, a Trinity Hunt Partners–backed healthcare and life sciences marketing platform, has acquired Pivot Design, a Chicago-based creative agency specializing in pharma and rare disease branding and omnichannel campaigns. The acquisition expands Supreme Group's capabilities in rare disease and pharma and is the platform's ninth deal in 18 months; Pivot Design will retain its brand identity and leadership while gaining access to Supreme Group's AI, technology, and inter-agency resources.

Renovus Capital Partners Acquires LeapPoint, LLC

Renovus Capital Partners, a Philadelphia-area private equity firm, has acquired LeapPoint, LLC, a Reston-based digital consulting firm specializing in connecting work, technology, and talent. Renovus said it will partner with LeapPoint's leadership to scale the business and expand its services (including Adobe and Workfront implementations) into a larger set of enterprise clients.
